Ten years in tech sales. Two years building with AI

I've used AI since the first ChatGPT. Two years ago I started building with it, and I haven't stopped since. I read, I listen, and I try every new model and tool as soon as it comes out. Then I build, for the pure joy of making things.

Ten years selling ad tech and SaaS gave me the business side: what sells, what a sales team actually needs, what a number really means. AI gave me the hands to build it myself: CRMs, AI agents, paid campaigns, brands and films, all live and in daily use.

Today I lead GTM and AI systems across the A.Lupo Group: ClimateCoating Israel, the group's thermal coating company, and the group's construction and development. Joya Labs is my own AI studio, named after my grandmother.
